Delete your Cloud account.
You can delete your ZeroCapture Cloud account here, or in the app under Cloud > Delete account. Either way, your photos and files on your devices are kept.
What happens
Deleting can’t be undone.
- Everything stored in ZeroCapture Cloud for the account stops at once and is erased within 24 hours. It can’t be recovered.
- Online QR links and client galleries stop working at once.
- Photos and files on your devices are kept, on this and every other device. Devices signed in to the account are signed out the next time they connect.
- Your Cloud subscription in Google Play is cancelled only if you leave “Also cancel my Cloud subscription” ticked. It then runs to the end of the time already paid for, with no refund. If you untick it, it keeps renewing and can be linked to a new account with “Restore purchases” in the app.
