About plans
Questions people ask before they upgrade.
How do I pay for a plan?
In the app, through Google Play, or with a licence code that comes with a kit. Personal: one-off payment in Google Play, or included with a kit. White label: yearly or monthly in Google Play (yearly is discounted), or 6 or 12 months with a kit. A kit's licence code is entered in the app, under Admin > Plan & help.
What can I do on Free?
The full live green-screen booth, with 15 photos a day. Every photo carries a small “Made with ZeroCapture Studio” mark, and the booth uses the ZeroCapture look.
Can I use Personal for paid events?
No. Personal is for your own events only, such as your own parties or your venue's events. Charging clients for events needs White label.
What happens if White label ends?
The booth moves to Personal for good if paid yearly, or a year of White label (Google Play and kits together) or a 12-month kit, else Free; branding is removed, with a warning first. Nothing you made is deleted: saved skins, fonts, backdrops and photos stay on the device and come back if you subscribe again.
Do paid plans work offline?
Yes. A paid plan checks with Google Play from time to time, with 30 days between checks, so a booth with no internet keeps working through an event. Free always works offline.
How many devices does a plan cover?
Google Play: any device on the buyer’s account. Kit code: up to 3 devices. If you replace a device, ZeroCapture support can free its place on a kit's licence code.
Is anything deleted if I move to a lower plan?
No. Everything stays on the device. You just can’t add more than the lower plan allows, and settings it doesn’t include go back to their defaults until you upgrade again.
Is there a free trial of White label?
No. Free lets you try the whole booth first, and we’re happy to show you White label working in a demo.
