Wedding questions

What couples and planners ask us.

Do we need a green screen?
For the best results, yes: a lit green screen gives clean, professional edges, and any chroma-key backdrop will do. Without one, the app can find people in the picture with on-device AI, which works best with people standing still against a plain, evenly lit background.
Does the venue need Wi-Fi or internet?
No internet. For guests to download their photos by QR, their phones and the device need to be on the same Wi-Fi: the venue's, an event router, or the device's own hotspot. A paid plan keeps working offline, with 30 days between checks.
Can we put our names and the date on the photos?
Yes, on Personal and White label: an event caption and the date on every photo.
How long can guests download their photos?
You choose. Personal: links last 1 hour to 14 days. White label: links last 1 hour to 30 days. Free: links last 8 hours. The photos themselves stay on the device.
Can we show the photos on a TV?
Yes. Today’s photos is a live page of the day’s photos for a TV or another device on the same Wi-Fi, on Personal and White label. Personal: grid and Mosaic, chosen per event, on the booth's network, and online with ZeroCapture Cloud. White label: all five: Grid, Mosaic, Spotlight, Carousel and Polaroids, chosen per event, on the booth's network, and online with ZeroCapture Cloud.
Can we print photos?
Yes. Tap Print in the booth's gallery, or on the photo just taken if you turn that on, and Android's print dialog sends it to any printer the device can see. Guests also keep a full-quality digital photo through the QR code.
Can it fit a big group in?
Yes. Zoom the camera out in admin and, on a device with an ultra-wide lens, the booth switches to it, so the whole group fits in the preview and the photo.
Can I charge couples for the booth?
Only with White label. Personal is for your own private events only, such as your own wedding.
