A frame is drawn on top of the finished photo, like a border or an overlay. Frames sit on top of the photo. Use PNGs with a transparent middle.
The built-in frames
The booth comes with White border and Polaroid, in the Base collection. You can rename, hide and reorder them, but not delete them. Frame packs add more, and a pack frame comes in a version for each sheet shape, so it isn't stretched.
Each frame
Frames work the same way as Backdrops:
- The switch shows or hides it: Shown to guests or Hidden from guests.
- The star (Make default) makes it the frame the booth resets to.
- Move left and Move right change the order guests see.
- Rename, and Delete for frames you imported.
- Its collection button moves it into a collection, or out of one.
Your own frames
Tap Import image and choose a PNG, or share one from the Gallery app to Add to ZeroCapture Studio, enter the admin PIN, and choose Add as frame.
- Use a PNG with transparency. If the middle isn't see-through, it hides the photo.
- Make it 3840 × 2400 pixels for a landscape booth, or 2400 × 3840 for portrait.
- Your own frames are stretched to fit the whole photo. Simple borders cope best. Logos and lettering can look squashed on multi-photo layouts.
Free holds 1 of your own, Personal 10 and White label as many as you like. Built-in and pack frames don't count.
Frames on multi-photo layouts
With a frame on a layout of two or more photos, the booth fits the photos inside the frame's clear middle automatically. A single photo stays full size under the frame.
Collections
Frames share collections with backdrops. Tap a collection's chip to see only what's in it. With one selected, Show all and Hide all turn its frames on or off. A downloaded pack has a Pack badge and Remove download.
