The Dashboard is where admin opens every time you enter the PIN. It shows your plan, anything that needs you, and what the booth has done.
Your plan
The top card shows your plan's badge and name, with one line on what the next plan up adds. See plans opens the Store on its Plans tab. Manage subscription opens your subscription in Google Play, and Plan & help opens Plan & help.
The card also shows anything that needs you, and only while it applies: a White label subscription ending or on hold, a payment waiting to go through, or low SMS credits with Top up. When nothing needs doing, nothing shows.
Photos
Three tiles: Today, Last 7 days and Since install. Retakes and discards show under the counts on a large screen. Tap a tile to open Photos.
ZeroCapture Cloud
One card on every plan. With Cloud on, it shows your storage and any photos waiting to upload, and Open Cloud opens the Cloud section. Without it, See sizes opens the Store's Cloud tab. See ZeroCapture Cloud.
The details
Below the cards are four groups. Tap a group's name to open or close it. They start open on a large screen and closed on a phone, with a one-line summary while closed.
- Activity: the current event, your events, your own backdrops, frames and collections against your plan's limits, and QR links today. On Free it also counts the ads and plan reminders guests have seen. The Output card counts GIFs, boomerangs, videos, prints started, retakes and discards, and says how the background is removed. The guest details card (White label) has Export CSV for the current event.
- Messaging (White label): emails sent and your SMS credits. With no ZeroCapture account signed in, it says Sign in to see credits. See Messages.
- Second screen and Monitor: whether Today's photos (Personal and White label) and Monitor (White label) are on, how many are viewing, and Show QR to open them on another device.
- This booth: the background mode, the look, logo, website, device and app version. Each row opens its section.
Good to know
- The counts stay on the device. They are never sent anywhere and hold no personal details.
- Deleting photos doesn't change the counts.
- Every count opens the section it belongs to.
