Photos shows every booth photo on this device, grouped by event. Use it to tidy up, move photos between events, edit one, or clear space after an event.
Finding photos
Photos are grouped by event, with the current event first and then Not in an event. The filter above them shows All photos, each event, and Not in an event, with how many photos each holds. Pick an event to see just its photos.
Selecting photos
Tap photos to select them. Select all selects every photo shown, so pick an event first to select just that event. While photos are selected, a bar at the bottom says how many, with Select none, and holds what you can do with them:
- Edit, with one photo selected: opens the photo editor guests use from the gallery. Save there and the photo is saved as it is from the gallery; Overwrite never asks for the PIN here, since you're already in admin. Every plan.
- Add to event…: moves the photos into an event. A photo is in one event at most.
- Remove from event: takes them out of their event.
- Delete: removes them after you confirm.
With ZeroCapture Cloud on, the bar also has Upload to cloud for photos not yet online, and Stop online link. Each uploaded photo shows how many days it has left online.
Deleting photos
Delete asks first. Photos are removed from the device's gallery apps too, so copy them off first. With Cloud on, you choose whether to delete from this device, from ZeroCapture Cloud, or both. Photos from an earlier install of the app need Android's own confirmation.
Deleting photos doesn't change the Dashboard counts, or when Free's ads come (they follow the photos taken each day).
Tips
- Creating or deleting an event never deletes photos. See Events.
- To copy photos to a computer, see After the event.
