Guests covers what guests agree to on the booth, and what you ask them on their own phone. Both need White label. On other plans the section shows what White label adds, and anything you set up is kept.
Consent
Shows whether the consent screen is on: Consent screen on. or Consent screen off. The card itself is set up in Booth defaults: tap Set up in Booth defaults. Each agreement is kept with the event's guest details.
Guest details
A short form on the phone page where guests save their photo. Guests type on their own phone, never on the booth. It needs QR sharing on; if it's off, tap Open Sharing.
- Guest details turns the form on. Off by default. The form shows once you add a field or a question.
- Ask: Before the download (the default) shows the form first, and Save photo appears once it's sent. After it shows the photo first, with the form below.
- Fields: up to 5. Tap Add field, choose Text, Email, Phone or Checkbox, write the label and choose whether it's Required. A field with no label isn't shown.
- Survey questions: up to 3, each with 2 to 5 options. A guest picks one. Tap Add question and Add option.
- Use the arrows to reorder fields and questions, and the bin to delete one.
- Keep guest details for: 30 days, 90 days (the default), 1 year or Until deleted. Older records are deleted automatically.
- Privacy notice link: your own page, starting with https://. The form ends with a link to it. Leave it empty for no link.
Your records
The section shows how many guest details are on this device. Export and delete them per event in Events: tap Open Events. Not in an event opens details sent while no event was current.
Each event can also turn off Ask guests for their details, for an event that doesn't need the form.
Tips
- Ask only for what you need, and say why in your privacy notice.
- Export the CSV after each event, before the details age out.
- A device keeps up to 20,000 records. When it's full, export and delete old events' details.
