Timing & wording sets how long each moment lasts, what the result screen shows, and every word guests see.
Timing
- Smile hold: a still moment after the countdown, before the photo. 1.2 seconds by default.
- Pause between photos: time to change pose in multi-photo layouts. 0.8 seconds by default.
- Attract screen after: shows your logo and an invitation when the booth is idle. Off by default. Needs White label.
- Animate the attract title: the title breathes very slowly. On by default.
- The remote works straight away: on, a remote press on the attract screen starts the photo. Off, the first press only wakes the booth.
- Wake when someone walks up: the camera spotting a face takes the attract screen away. Shown only when the camera can detect faces.
- Flash before the photo: with screen flash on, how long the screen is white before the camera fires. 150 ms by default.
- Messages stay on screen: how long short booth messages stay up. 4 seconds by default.
The countdown length and the auto-reset are in Booth defaults.
Result screen
- Show the photo after it's taken: when off, the booth goes straight back to live.
- Photo stays on screen (5 seconds) and With a QR code (12 seconds).
- QR code beside the photo: needs QR sharing on in Sharing.
- Logo: your logo, top right.
- Retake and Discard: buttons under the photo, and the remote's Retake and Discard actions. On by default.
- Print: a Print button that uses Android's print service. Off by default.
Sound
Countdown sound and Shutter sound follow the device's media volume. Countdown voices and smile sounds are in Sounds.
Gallery and thumbnails
- Columns in landscape (4) and Columns in portrait (3) set the guest gallery grid.
- Print borders on thumbnails only changes how thumbnails look on screen. It never adds a border to photos.
Wording
Every line guests see, from the attract screen title to the phone page. Leave a field empty to use the default. Reset all wording puts everything back. Changing wording needs White label.
Tips
- Give guests longer With a QR code time if they need to find their phone.
- Check your wording on the booth before the event.
